About 021 Network

When 021 was established in the 1980s, its principles were simple; to offer a reliable service at a reasonable price. To achieve that aim, a number of fundamental elements of the business needed to be established and more importantly, maintained during our subsequent years of growth.  Paramount amongst these was the creation of a high quality management team, one that could bring both innovation, to ensure our products matched our customers' needs, and discipline, to ensure that our service delivery was maintained at the highest level.

In achieving those fundamental principles, the groundwork was laid for the company to develop over the ensuing years to become a leading supplier in the Same-day delivery marketplace.

In the mid 1990s, the company embarked on an expansion program using the proven Business-Format franchising method. A pilot site was established in the Midlands to prove the system and the company went on to appoint franchised branches, in tandem with further company owned branches, in order to develop the 021 Network.
